i'm in a healthy/aerobics class and what you need is this thing that gives you your weight and fat percentage, because weight is also muscle you know, so that could help. And if its fat you want to get rid of then cardio speeds up this process as well. You can still eat what you're eating. Just letting you know cardio burns the unwanted fat.
